i greatly dislike when people say ignorant things, but you can’t scold them for doing so.

the intentions aren’t bad, they simply get mangled in translation. we like to indicate things that capture our interest, but somewhere in our excitement, we always forget what our mothers teach us: it’s not polite to point and stare.
